I do see a difficulty in his having a copyright in one advertisement, because, as Mr. Justice Chitty pointed out, that might prevent the advertiser from republishing his advertisements in another paper, which is absurd.
Zeno[1436] the Court said that their decision to refuse protection would not prevent the complainants from republishing their song, and by omitting the objectionable word thus secure a valid copyright.
